PROTECT Kids Act

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to prohibit the use of ranked choice voting in a District of Columbia election, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to prohibit States from using ranked choice voting to carry out an election for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow charitable organizations to make statements relating to political campaigns if such statements are made in the ordinary course of carrying out its tax exempt purpose.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and certain other weapons from the definition of firearms for purposes of the National Firearms Act, and for other purposes.

To provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, locker room facilities in active use in connection with an education program or activity may be in use only by individuals of the same sex as determined solely on each individual’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

Fairness for High-Skilled Americans Act of 2025

To preserve the companionship services exemption for minimum wage and overtime pay, and the live-in domestic services exemption for overtime pay, under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that agencies may not deduct labor organization dues from the pay of Federal employees, and for other purposes.
