To eliminate racial, religious, and other discriminatory profiling by law enforcement, and for other purposes.

To amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to provide for whistleblower incentives and protection.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to establish a minimum salary threshold for bona fide executive, administrative, and professional employees exempt from Federal overtime compensation requirements, and automatically update such threshold each year, and for other purposes.

To authorize the appropriation of funds to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for conducting or supporting research on firearms safety or gun violence prevention.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve risk adjustment under Medicare Advantage.
