Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2025, as the eighth annual Black Maternal Health Week, founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc., to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a refundable adoption tax credit.

To direct the Secretary of the Treasury to issue Clean Energy Victory Bonds.

To amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to permanently prohibit the conduct of offshore drilling on the outer Continental Shelf in the Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, North Atlantic, and Straits of Florida planning areas.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand, and make permanent certain modifications of, the earned income credit.

Supporting the goals and ideals of the Rise Up for LGBTQI+ Youth in Schools Initiative, a call to action to communities across the United States to demand equal educational opportunity, basic civil rights protections, and freedom from erasure for all students, particularly LGBTQI+ young people, in K–12 schools.

Organic Science and Research Investment Act of 2025

To establish Ocean Innovation Clusters to strengthen the coastal communities and ocean economy of the United States through technological research and development, job training, and cross-sector partnerships, and for other purposes.

American Family Act

To provide enhanced funding for family planning services.

To secure the rights of public employees to organize, act concertedly, and bargain collectively, which safeguard the public interest and promote the free and unobstructed flow of commerce, and for other purposes.

To provide for increases in the Federal minimum wage, and for other purposes.

To require a determination and report relating to money laundering and violations of export controls and sanctions in Hong Kong.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a grant program to address forestry workforce development needs, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life of the Honorable John Bennett Johnston, Jr., former Senator for the State of Louisiana.

Expressing the sense of the Senate that paraprofessionals and education support staff should have fair compensation, benefits, and working conditions.

No Tax Breaks for Union Busting (NTBUB) Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow workers an above-the-line deduction for union dues and expenses and to allow a miscellaneous itemized deduction for workers for all unreimbursed expenses incurred in the trade or business of being an employee.

To provide counsel for unaccompanied children, and for other purposes.

To amend part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to provide full Federal funding of such part.
