Living Donor Protection Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude certain Nurse Corps payments from gross income.

Expressing the sense of the Senate that the Secretary of Health and Human Services should withdraw a reduction in public notice and comment opportunities.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the denial of deduction for certain excessive employee remuneration, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that a rule relating to a reduction in force is subject to review under chapter 8 of that title, and for other purposes.

To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.

Agriculture Resilience Act of 2025

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To designate a portion of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge as wilderness.

To establish a Medicare-for-All national health insurance program.

To amend chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, to prohibit transactions involving certain financial instruments by Members of Congress.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for public health research and investment into understanding and eliminating structural racism and police violence.

Designating the week of April 19 through April 27, 2025, as National Park Week.

To prohibit drilling in the Arctic Ocean.

Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2025, as the eighth annual Black Maternal Health Week, founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc., to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.

To require the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, in consultation with the heads of other relevant Federal agencies, to develop and conduct financial risk analyses relating to climate change, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to support and stabilize the existing nursing workforce, establish programs to increase the number of nurses, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to prevent consumer reporting agencies from furnishing consumer reports under certain circumstances, and for other purposes.

To amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to permanently prohibit oil and gas exploration, development, and production on the outer Continental Shelf off the coast of California, Oregon, and Washington.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to enhance the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit and make the credit fully refundable for certain taxpayers.
