To establish an Interagency Task Force to examine the conditions and experiences of Black women and girls in education, economic development, healthcare, labor and employment, housing, justice and civil rights, to promote community-based methods for mitigating and addressing harm and ensuring accountability, and to study societal effects on Black women and girls, and for other purposes.

To unfreeze and release funding for grant agreements of the National Institutes of Health, prohibit termination of such agreements for active and ongoing research, require the inclusion of termination clauses in such agreements, and prohibit termination of such agreements for no longer effectuating program goals or agency priorities.

Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act of 2025

To amend the Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, the Judiciary, the District of Columbia, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006 and the United States Housing Act of 1937 to allow for housing assistance to certain individuals enrolled as students at an institution of higher education, and for other purposes.

To authorize the establishment of a comprehensive school-based violence prevention program to assist youth at highest risk for involvement in gun violence in local communities and schools, and for other purposes.

Of inquiry requesting the President and directing the Secretaries of the Treasury, Labor, and Health and Human Services to transmit, respectively, certain documents to the House of Representatives relating to the development of a centralized database by the Federal government and Palantir Technologies Inc. that compiles American citizens’ personal information across Federal agencies and departments, including confidential taxpayer, identity, wage, child support, bank account, student loan, health, medical, financial, or other information.

Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the private business use requirements for bonds issued for lead service line replacement projects.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to strengthen the background check procedures to be followed before a Federal firearms licensee may transfer a firearm to a person who is not such a licensee.

Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act of 2025

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs women’s health clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as the Anna Mae Robertson VA Well Woman Clinic.

To authorize the Attorney General to make grants to strengthen the provision of legal representation to individuals in judicial proceedings that take place after the individual has been arrested in connection with a criminal offense, including at initial appearance.

To eliminate employment-based visa caps on abused, abandoned, and neglected children eligible for humanitarian status, and for other purposes.

Pride In Mental Health Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude certain dependent income when calculating modified adjusted gross income for the purposes of eligibility for premium tax credits.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to reinstate the authority of the Secretary of Education to make Federal Direct Stafford Loans to graduate and professional students.

Calling for the urgent delivery and disbursement of humanitarian aid to address the needs of civilians in Gaza.
