To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the detention, inadmissibility, and removal of aliens who commit sexual assault.

To provide that sanctuary jurisdictions that provide benefits to aliens who are present in the United States without lawful status under the immigration laws are ineligible for Federal funds intended to benefit such aliens.

SAVE Act

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 802 North Tancahua Street in Corpus Christi, Texas, as the Captain Robert E. Bob Batterson Post Office.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the punishment for certian offenses committed in a school zone, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution to study the feasibility of establishing a Juneteenth Museum on Galveston Island, Texas, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to make emergency assistance payments to agricultural producers to mitigate high input costs and low commodity prices during crop year 2024.

Honoring the investiture of Texas A&M University’s 27th President, retired Air Force General Mark A. Welsh III, and extending best wishes to Aggies everywhere.

To include sexual assault and aggravated sexual violence in the definition of aggravated felonies under the Immigration and Nationality Act in order to expedite the removal of aliens convicted of such crimes.

Ensuring accountability for key officials in the Biden-Harris administration responsible for decisionmaking and execution failures throughout the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

To amend the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 relating to licensing transparency.

To require the United States Agency for Global Media to verify the authenticity of foreign academic credentials purported to be held by prospective and existing employees of the Agency, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of trilateral cooperation among the United States, Japan, and South Korea.

To direct the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development to promulgate regulations to require all implementing partners receiving foreign assistance funds with activities in Afghanistan to submit a report on any payments or withholdings, including for taxes, fees, duties, and utilities, made to the Taliban, state-owned enterprises, or governing institutions in Afghanistan, and for other purposes.

Standing in solidarity with the Venezuelan people and condemning Nicolás Maduro’s attempt to steal the Venezuelan Presidential election.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to add qualified semiconductor design expenditures to the advanced manufacturing investment credit.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 4650 East Rosedale Street in Fort Worth, Texas, as the Dionne Phillips Bagsby Post Office Building.

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Plano, Texas, as the U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson Memorial VA Clinic.

Commending the courage, bravery, and resolve of the fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters of Cuba, who, three years ago, stood in the face of brutal harassment, beatings, and torture to protest against the Communist Cuban regime, demanding access to their fundamental rights to life, dignity, and freedom.
