To posthumously award a congressional gold medal to Constance Baker Motley, in recognition of her enduring contributions and service to the United States.

To posthumously award a Congressional Gold Medal to Shirley Chisholm.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for current year inclusion of net CFC tested income, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Energy to carry out a grant program to improve the energy resilience, energy democracy, and security of communities, prioritizing environmental justice communities, and for other purposes.
