Energy Choice Act

VALID Act of 2025

To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide for an opportunity for members of the Armed Forces who were involuntarily or voluntarily separated for refusing to receive a COVID–19 vaccination to transfer the entitlement to educational assistance of such members to their dependents.

To remove the six-year statute of limitations on certain claims against the United States Government by survivors of members of the Armed Forces who died in the line of duty on or after September 11, 2001.
