National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach Act.

To prohibit the intentional hindering of immigration, border, and customs controls, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Marine Sanctuaries Act to prohibit requiring an authorization for the installation, continued presence, operation, maintenance, repair, or recovery of undersea fiber optic cables in a national marine sanctuary if such activities have previously been authorized by a Federal or State agency.

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to limit the number of terms that a Member of Congress may serve.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a means by which nonresidents of a State whose residents may carry concealed firearms may also do so in the State.

To direct the Secretary of Defense, in consultation the heads of certain agencies and organizations, to conduct a study on the health effects of indoor residential mold growth in covered military housing, and for other purposes.

To amend the Flood Control Act of 1946 with respect to emergency streambank and shoreline protection, and for other purposes.

To allow States to require payment of State fees related to boating as a condition for issuance of a vessel number and to collect such fees in conjunction with other fees related to vessel numbering.

To extend Federal recognition to the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe of Virginia, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to expedite the implementation of early actions to mitigate the migration of groundwater contaminated by per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances from a source located on a military installation to protect or minimize the effects on groundwater, surface water, underground sources of drinking water, and sediment, and for other purposes.

To extend the authority of the Secretary of the Army to enter into a contract, partnership, or grant with a non-profit organization for the purpose of providing financial support for the maintenance and sustainment of infrastructure and facilities at military service memorials and museums that highlight the role of women in the military.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the America’s Conservation Enhancement Act, and for other purposes.

To provide for congressional oversight of proposed changes to arms sales to Israel.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to add a Medicaid State plan requirement with respect to the determination of residency of certain individuals serving in the Armed Forces.

To amend the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act to make supplemental funds available for management of fish and wildlife species of greatest conservation need as determined by State fish and wildlife agencies, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to submit a report on the quality of overseas covered military unaccompanied housing, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to require an Executive agency whose head is a member of the National Security Council to notify the Executive Office of the President, the Comptroller General of the United States, and congressional leadership of such head becoming medically incapacitated within 24 hours, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to conduct a review on opioid overdose deaths among veterans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude certain Nurse Corps payments from gross income.
