Brandon Act Training and Protocol Act

To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve access to certain medications under the TRICARE program, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit to Congress a report on the option to elect to pay cost-sharing under a prescription drug plan or MA-PD plan in monthly capped amounts.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to issue a right-of-way for an emergency exit on certain National Park Service land in the State of Virginia, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require coverage of lung cancer biomarker testing under the Medicare program.

Aviation Funding Solvency Act

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize certain health care professionals employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs to deliver, distribute, or dispense to veterans certain controlled medications via telemedicine under certain conditions, and for other purposes.

ANCHOR for Military Families Act

To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to report annually on compensation for police officers of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

PFAS Alternatives Act

SHIPS for America Act of 2025

To amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act to prevent consumer reporting agencies from furnishing consumer reports under certain circumstances, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reform the low-income housing credit, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Commissioner of Social Security to review and simplify the processes, procedures, forms, and communications for family caregivers to assist individuals in establishing eligibility for, enrolling in, and maintaining and utilizing coverage and benefits under the Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and Social Security programs respectively, and for other purposes.

To establish the Fort Monroe National Historical Park in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to reimburse the Town of Chincoteague, Virginia, for costs directly associated with the removal and replacement of certain drinking water wells.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to establish a pilot program to furnish hyperbaric oxygen therapy to a veteran who has a traumatic brain injury or post-traumatic stress disorder.
