To improve the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s weather research, support improvements in weather forecasting and prediction, expand commercial opportunities for the provision of weather data, and for other purposes.

To provide for the consideration of a definition of antisemitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance for the enforcement of Federal antidiscrimination laws concerning education programs or activities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to require silent alarms in elementary schools and secondary schools, and for other purposes.

To support research on privacy enhancing technologies and promote responsible data use, and for other purposes.

To require a national strategy to secure United States supply chains involving critical minerals sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program, and for other purposes.

To formally establish within statute an independent scientific research and development agency known as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and for other purposes.

To establish a multiagency Middle School Mental Health Task Force at the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education that authorize Anti-Semitic events on campus from participating in the student loan and grant programs under title IV of such Act.

To increase access to higher education by providing public transit grants.
