To prohibit the collection and obligation of any fee collected in connection with an export license and require the return of such fee to the holder of the license, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

To require entities seeking a license to export advanced artificial intelligence chips to countries of concern to certify that United States persons have priority in acquiring those chips.

Honoring the extraordinary life, leadership, and legacy of Dr. Jane Goodall.

Of inquiry requesting the President to transmit certain information to the House of Representatives referring to the firings, dismissal, reduction in force, or withholding of pay for the period of the lapse in appropriations of furloughed employees of the United States Government.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity in connection with the furnishing of health care under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of October 1, 2025, as National Animal Rescue Day to create awareness of the importance of animal adoption, to educate on the importance of spaying and neutering animals, and to encourage animal adoptions throughout the United States.

Expressing support for the recognition of September 22, 2025, to September 28, 2025, as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize lawful permanent resident status for certain college graduates who entered the United States as children, and for other purposes.

Condemning attempts to use Federal regulatory power or litigation to suppress lawful speech, particularly speech critical of a political party or the President of the United States, and warning against the rise of authoritarianism.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to assign the highest priority status for hospital care and medical services provided through the Department of Veterans Affairs to veterans who are former prisoners of war.

To encourage diplomatic advocacy efforts on behalf of Americans unjustly detained in the People’s Republic of China.
