To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the 320th Barrage Balloon Battalion, collectively, in recognition of their extraordinary heroism and life-saving actions during the D-Day invasion, and their significant contributions to the success of the Allied forces during World War II.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a final rule setting minimum structural standards for railroad bridges, and for other purposes.

To modify the National Security Commission on Emergency Biotechnology.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to ensure that members of the Armed Forces and their families have access to the contraception they need in order to promote the health and readiness of all members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to ensure that beneficiaries and health care providers receive certain information regarding reproductive health care under the TRICARE program.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to develop a biotechnology roadmap to guide the efforts of the Department of Defense relating to biotechnology, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to collaborate with a federally funded research and development center to assess the biotechnology capabilities of adversaries of the United States, and for other purposes.

To direct the Department of Defense to develop a plan for the establishment of a secure computing and data storage environment for the testing of artificial intelligence trained on biological data, and for other purposes.

To make housing more affordable, and for other purposes.

To make certain improvements relating to the coordination of efforts to promote internet freedom and access to information in Iran, and for other purposes.

To require all newly constructed, federally assisted, single-family houses and town houses to meet minimum standards of visitability for persons with disabilities.

To increase access to agency guidance documents.

To improve connections between the Department of Agriculture and national and homeland security agencies, and for other purposes.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.
