Designating the week of September 14 through September 20, 2025, as National Truck Driver Appreciation Week.

To amend the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 with respect to budgetary treatment of certain amounts of financial assistance, and for other purposes.

Designating the week of May 11 through May 17, 2025, as National Police Week.

Condemning any acceptance of Presidential aircraft, or any other substantial gift, from a foreign government.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for the treatment of direct primary care service arrangements as medical care, to provide that such arrangements do not disqualify deductible health savings account contributions, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Commerce to conduct a public awareness and education campaign to provide information regarding the benefits of, risks relating to, and the prevalence of artificial intelligence in the daily lives of individuals in the United States, and for other purposes.

Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act

To require the Federal Communications Commission to ensure equitable and nondiscriminatory contributions to the mechanisms that preserve and advance universal service, to reduce the financial burden on consumers, and for other purposes.

To prohibit commercial sexual orientation conversion therapy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to enhance tax benefits for research activities.

To amend chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, to prohibit the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and individuals appointed to Senate-confirmed positions from issuing, sponsoring, or endorsing certain financial instruments, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of May 5, 2025, as the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of May 4, 2025, through May 10, 2025, as National Small Business Week to celebrate the contributions of small businesses and entrepreneurs in every community in the United States.

To address maternity care shortages and promote optimal maternity outcomes by expanding educational opportunities for midwives, and for other purposes.

To amend the Boulder Canyon Project Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to expend amounts in the Colorado River Dam fund, and for other purposes.

Living Donor Protection Act of 2025

Designating April 2025 as Financial Literacy Month.

Supporting the mission and goals of National Fentanyl Awareness Day in 2025, including increasing individual and public awareness of the impact of fake or counterfeit fentanyl pills on families and young people.
