Supporting the designation of September 2023 as National Voting Rights Month.

Expressing support for the designation of September 9 as National African Immigrant and Refugee HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis Awareness (NAIRHHA) Day.

To restore protections for Social Security, Railroad retirement, and Black Lung benefits from administrative offset.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health, to award grants to faith- or community-based organizations to address persistent health inequities and chronic disease challenges.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to repeal the separate minimum wage for tipped employees, and for other purposes.

To provide employees with a minimum of two consecutive hours of paid leave in order to vote in Federal elections.

Expressing support for the designation of August as National Black Business Month and to honor the contributions of Black-owned businesses across the United States.

To expand youth access to voting, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to ensure that voters in elections for Federal office do not wait in long lines in order to vote, and for other purposes.

To establish a Housing Stabilization Fund to provide emergency housing assistance to extremely low-income renters and homeowners, and for other purposes.

To remove barriers to the ability of unhoused individuals to register to vote and vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To establish a democracy advancement and innovation program, and for other purposes.

To require the inclusion of voter registration information with certain leases and vouchers for federally assisted rental housing and mortgage applications, and for other purposes.

To modify certain notice requirements, to study certain election requirements, to clarify certain election requirements, and for other purposes.

Honoring the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, and calling on Congress to fulfill the demands of the March participants, including decent housing, the right to vote, and a fair wage.
