To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve the process by which the Secretary of Defense verifies that health care professionals of the military departments are appropriately licensed.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to prohibit the transportation of horses in interstate transportation in a motor vehicle containing 2 or more levels stacked on top of one another, and for other purposes.

To increase the availability and affordability of menstrual products for individuals with limited access, and for other purposes.

To amend section 207 of title 18 to prohibit former employees of the State Department and the Department of Defense from lobbying the Federal Government on matters of foreign military sales, and for other purposes.

Reducing Waste in National Parks Act

To provide for a limitation on the transfer of defense articles and defense services to Israel.

Fit to Serve Act

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out a study with respect to the effectiveness of available wildfire mitigation methods in reducing the risk of wildfire and the severity of damages from wildfire in communities within or adjacent to shrubland ecosystems, and for other purposes.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to provide a private right of action with respect to violations of such Act, and for other purposes.

Stronger Communities through Better Transit Act

To provide for certain requirements relating to cloud, data infrastructure, and foundation model procurement.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Order 14160.

To establish a trust fund to provide for adequate funding for water and sewer infrastructure, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to ensure requests for data on individuals do not pertain to reproductive services.

To amend the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 relating to licensing transparency.

Expressing support for the recognition of May 4 through May 10, 2025, as Wildfire Preparedness Week, the national event educating the public on fire safety and preparedness, and supporting the goals of a Wildfire Preparedness Week.

To amend section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act with respect to certain uniform requirements for United States immigration officers.

Recognizing the 50th anniversary of Black April and the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975.
