Expressing support for the Iranian people's desires for a democratic, secular, and nonnuclear Republic of Iran, and condemning the Iranian regime's terrorism, regional proxy war, internal suppression, and for other purposes.

To expand and codify the Rural Hospital Technical Assistance Program of the Department of Agriculture and rename it as the Rural Health Care Facility Technical Assistance Program.

Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025

Expressing support for the designation of February 15 through February 22, 2025, as National FFA Week, recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 90th anniversary of New Farmers of America and the 75th anniversary of the Federal charter to Future Farmers of America.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To direct the Secretary of State to submit to Congress a report on funding provided by the United States to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to molecularly targeted pediatric cancer investigations, and for other purposes.

Combating Illicit Xylazine Act

National Right-to-Work Act

To transfer the functions, duties, responsibilities, assets, liabilities, orders, determinations, rules, regulations, permits, grants, loans, contracts, agreements, certificates, licenses, and privileges of the United States Agency for International Development relating to implementing and administering the Food for Peace Act to the Department of Agriculture.

To exclude certain amounts relating to compensating victims of the Texas Panhandle fires, and for other purposes.

To restore the exemption of family farms and small businesses from the definition of assets under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to prohibit the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from transmitting certain information to the Department of Justice for use by the national instant criminal background check system.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of the Air Force to operate a Technical Training Center of Excellence, and for other purposes.

Fair Access to Banking Act

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2600 Wesley Street in Greenville, Texas, as the Cooper Dawson Post Office Building.

Dismantle DEI Act of 2025

To ban the imposition of any State or local liability insurance, tax, or user fee requirement for firearm or ammunition ownership or commerce.

To repeal the small business loan data collection requirements under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
