To exclude certain amounts relating to compensating victims of the East Palestine train derailment, and for other purposes.

To repeal restrictions on the export and import of natural gas.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent certain provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act affecting individuals, families, and small businesses, and for other purposes.

To repeal the High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program and transfer funds under such program to the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program.

To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.
