Condemning revisionist education and revisionist history as it relates to the African-American experience.

To direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to establish a grant program for planting of qualifying trees in eligible areas, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in higher education.

To protect our Social Security system and improve benefits for current and future generations.

To direct the Secretary of Education to award grants to institutions of higher education with an endowment lower than $900,000,000 and an annual operating revenue for athletic programs that is less than $20,000,000 to strengthen existing sports and athletic facilities at such institutions, and for other purposes.

To allow certain students, including those who have an expected family contribution of zero, to qualify for supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008.

To provide public awareness and outreach regarding the dangers of fentanyl, to expand the grants authorized under the Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Grant Program, to expand treatment and recovery services for people with opioid addictions, and to increase and to provide enhanced penalties for certain offenses involving counterfeit pills.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to include certain part B institutions to be eligible for certain grants, and for other purposes.

To establish a United States Commission on Hate Crimes to study and make recommendations on the prevention of the commission of hate crimes, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure College for All.
