To direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from Venezuela that have not been authorized by Congress.

Amending title 36, United States Code, to direct the President to issue an annual proclamation establishing Democracy Day.

To prohibit the use of funds to use military force in or against Venezuela, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to establish a digital system for the submission of complaints relating to access issues at military medical treatment facilities, and for other purposes.

Transitioning Reservists to Active or Inactive National Service for Enhanced Readiness (TRANSFER) Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend and modify the enhanced premium tax credit, to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to make certain adjustments to the operation of the Exchanges established under such Act, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to establish a pilot program to provide certain members of the Armed Forces with timely and relevant information via text message, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to improve access to certain medications under the TRICARE program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a tax on digital advertising services, and for other purposes.

To exempt small business concerns from duties imposed pursuant to the national emergency declared on April 2, 2025, by the President and to refund small business concerns the amount of any such duties paid.

Restoring Food Security for American Families and Farmers Act of 2025

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend and modify the enhanced premium tax credit, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to extend the annual open enrollment period for enrolling in a qualified health plan offered by an Exchange for plan year 2026.

To appropriate funds to ensure uninterrupted benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program and the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children.

Expressing support for the goals of National Adoption Day and National Adoption Month by promoting national awareness of adoption and the children awaiting families, celebrating children and families involved in adoption, and encouraging the people of the United States to secure safety, permanency, and well-being for all children.

Supporting the designation of October 30 as the International Day of Political Prisoners.

To direct the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to improve outreach and education on employee ownership, and for other purposes.
