To amend the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to provide for discretionary spending limits for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to require an Act of Congress for certain activities related to the issuance of a central bank digital currency, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit investments under the Thrift Savings Plan in certain mutual funds that make investment decisions based primarily on environmental, social, or governance criteria, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Transportation Security Administration from using the X gender designation in the TSA PreCheck advanced security program, and for other purposes.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Mental Health for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Land Acquisition for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Joint Items, Joint Economic Committee for fiscal year 2024.
