To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit an institution of higher education that employs unauthorized aliens from receiving funds from Federal student assistance or Federal institutional aid and to require institutions of higher education to participate in the E-Verify Program in order to be eligible to participate in any program authorized under title IV of such Act.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the production or distribution of digital forgeries of intimate visual depictions of identifiable individuals, and for other purposes.

To lower the cost of postsecondary education for students and families.

To prohibit the availability of Federal education funds for elementary and secondary schools that receive direct or indirect support from the Government of the People’s Republic of China.

Condemning the support of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist organizations at institutions of higher education, which may lead to the creation of a hostile environment for Jewish students, faculty, and staff.

To provide for a cause of action to remedy prohibitions on personal prayer in schools.

To prohibit certain Federal activity with respect to the promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month and the display of flags representing sexual orientation or gender identity on Federal property or grounds, and for other purposes.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To enact into law the requirements of the Executive order issued on September 22, 2020, relating to Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to carry out Executive Orders 13985, 14035, and 14091, and for other purposes.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, Departmental Management, Office of Inspector General for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, Student Financial Assistance for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, English Language Assistance for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, School Improvement Program for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for District of Columbia, Federal Payment for School Improvement for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, Departmental Management, Office of Civil Rights for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, Institute for Education Sciences for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Education, College Housing and Academic Facilities Loans Program for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Foreign Assistance and Related Programs, McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program Grants for fiscal year 2024.
