To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for US Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Conservation Operations for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Environmental Protection Agency, Hazards Substance Superfund for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for U.S. Department of Interior, National Park Service, Land Acquisition and State Assistance for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Related Agency and Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Oregon and CA Grant Lands for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Independent Agencies, Federal Election Commission for fiscal year 2024.

To prohibit Federal spending on funding research in China, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to raise the retirement age for pilots engaged in commercial aviation operations, and for other purposes.

To prohibit a mask mandate to prevent the spread of COVID–19 on a military installation in the United States.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit research with human fetal tissue obtained pursuant to an abortion, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for abortion through financial or logistical support to individuals traveling to another State or country to receive an abortion.

To amend chapter 110 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit gender-affirming care on minors, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to prohibit the Secretary of Defense from paying or reimbursing expenses relating to abortion services, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to discontinue the collection by the Federal Government of firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses, to require the destruction of such already collected records, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the United States Armed Forces from promoting anti-American and racist theories.
