To control the export to the People’s Republic of China of certain technology and intellectual property important to the national interest of the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide interim appropriations for the Coast Guard Retired Serviceman’s Family Protection and Survivor Benefits Plans for each fiscal year after fiscal year 2022, and for other purposes.

To decrease dependency on People’s Republic of China manufacturing and decrease migration due to lost regional economic opportunities.

To authorize the Secretary of State to negotiate regional immigration agreements, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from operating or procuring certain foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and certain other weapons from the definition of firearms for purposes of the National Firearms Act, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions on the Supreme Leader of Iran and the President of Iran and their respective offices for human rights abuses and support for terrorism.

To require the head of an agency to issue and sign any rule issued by that agency, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.

To prohibit taxpayer funded abortions.
