Censuring Representative Al Green of Texas.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to enhance penalties for theft of a firearm from a Federal firearms licensee.

To amend the Horse Protection Act to designate additional unlawful acts under the Act, strengthen penalties for violations of the Act, improve Department of Agriculture enforcement of the Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to provide that the President shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, the Chief of the Forest Service.

Expressing support for the Iranian people's desires for a democratic, secular, and nonnuclear Republic of Iran, and condemning the Iranian regime's terrorism, regional proxy war, internal suppression, and for other purposes.

To prohibit certain businesses and persons from purchasing real estate adjacent to covered Federal lands in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to clarify that the possession, sale, purchase, importation, exportation, or transportation of drug testing equipment that tests for the presence of fentanyl or xylazine is not unlawful.

To amend the 21st Century Cures Act to expressly authorize the use of certain grants to implement substance use disorder and overdose prevention activities with respect to fentanyl and xylazine test strips.

Protect and Serve Act of 2025

To require research with respect to fentanyl and xylazine test strips, to authorize the use of grant funds for such test strips, and for other purposes.

To amend the Defense Production Act of 1950 with respect to foreign investments in United States agriculture, and for other purposes.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to limit the authority of district courts to provide injunctive relief, and for other purposes.

Expressing condolences to the families, friends, and loved ones of the victims of the crash of American Eagle Flight 5342 and PAT 25, and for other purposes.

American Victims of Terrorism Compensation Act

To provide for the imposition of sanctions with respect to forced organ harvesting within the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

Sporting Goods Excise Tax Modernization Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to disallow the production tax credit and investment tax credit for offshore wind facilities placed in service in the inland navigable waters of the United States or the coastal waters of the United States.

Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025

Expressing support for the designation of February 15 through February 22, 2025, as National FFA Week, recognizing the important role of the National FFA Organization in developing the next generation of leaders who will change the world, and celebrating the 90th anniversary of New Farmers of America and the 75th anniversary of the Federal charter to Future Farmers of America.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
