To establish a regional trade, investment, and people-to-people partnership of countries in the Western Hemisphere to stimulate growth and integration through viable long-term private sector development, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to require greater transparency for Federal regulatory decisions that impact small businesses, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Treasury to instruct the United States Executive Directors at the international financial institutions to advocate opposition to projects that make use of forced labor.

To prohibit representatives of the United States from voting at the International Monetary Fund for any Special Drawing Rights allocations, quota increases, or policy modifications that would benefit certain countries, and for other purposes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To amend the Sanctioning the Use of Civilians as Defenseless Shields Act to modify and extend that Act, and for other purposes.

To prohibit congressional recesses until Congress adopts a concurrent resolution on the budget that results in a balanced Federal budget by the last fiscal year covered by such resolution, to establish a 5-year ban on individuals appointed to Executive Schedule positions and Members of Congress engaging in lobbying activities at the Federal level, to provide for the termination of further retirement coverage for Members of Congress under the Federal Employees Retirement System, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to require Federal political appointees to sign a binding ethics pledge, and for other purposes.

To increase transparency regarding the activities, and reduce the malign influence of, the People’s Republic of China in the Inter-American Development Bank, and for other purposes.

To amend the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to prohibit plan investments in foreign adversary and sanctioned entities, require disclosure of existing investments in such entities, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of July 19, 2023, as Glioblastoma Awareness Day.

To establish a competitive grant program to increase financial literacy instruction in elementary schools and secondary schools.

To require the imposition of sanctions with respect to the People’s Republic of China if the People’s Liberation Army initiates a military invasion of Taiwan.

To prohibit the mass cancellation of student loans.

To require the imposition of sanctions pursuant to the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act to combat corruption and human rights violations perpetrated by officials in the Mexican Government, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to add membership in a significant transnational criminal organization to the list of grounds of inadmissibility and to prohibit the provision of material support or resources to such organizations.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.
