To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide more effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, and for other purposes.

To posthumously award a historic Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to Africans and their descendants enslaved within our country from August 20, 1619, to December 6, 1865.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Dr. Norman Christopher Francis, in recognition of his contributions to the United States through his lifelong dedication to education, justice, and public service.

To establish the John Lewis Civil Rights Fellowship to fund international internships and research placements for early- to mid-career professionals to study nonviolent movements to establish and protect civil rights around the world.

To provide grants to State educational agencies to support State efforts to increase teacher salaries, and for other purposes.

To posthumously award a Congressional gold medal to Muhammad Ali, in recognition of his contributions to the Nation.

Recognizing the significance of the Greensboro Four sit-in during Black History Month.

To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.
