To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act with respect to enforcement by an attorney general of a State.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to finalize, implement, or enforce proposed ATF Rule 2022R–17, entitled Definition of Engaged in the Business as a Dealer in Firearms.

To authorize private parties to compel the Securities and Exchange Commission to seek sanctions by filing civil actions, and for other purposes.

To provide limitations for Federal agencies entering into settlement agreements and consent decrees, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Department of Justice from bringing a civil action against a State under section 9 or 10 of the Act of March 3, 1899, for certain border security measures, and for other purposes.

To amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to reform certain authorities and to provide greater transparency and oversight.

Commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Monroe Doctrine.

To make Ecuador eligible for designation as a beneficiary country under the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act.

To implement reforms relating to foreign intelligence surveillance authorities, and for other purposes.

Standing with Israel as it defends itself against the barbaric war launched by Hamas and other terrorists.

Disapproving of the waiver of sanctions on Iran submitted to Congress on September 11, 2023.

To require a comprehensive report that contains a strategy for United States involvement in Ukraine.

To amend the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to provide enhanced protection against debt collector harassment of members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

To prohibit institutions of higher education from mandating COVID–19 vaccines for students or staff.
