To require all aliens applying for a nonimmigrant visa who are unlawfully present in the United States to submit to an in person interview with a consular officer.

To provide for certain improvements to the housing and workforce programs of Federal land management agencies, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the importation of certain minerals from the Russian Federation.

To require Senate approval before the United States assumes any obligation under a WHO pandemic agreement and to suspend funding for the WHO until such agreement is ratified by the Senate.

To amend the National Quantum Initiative Act to provide for a research, development, and demonstration program, and for other purposes.

To permit a registered investment company to omit certain fees from the calculation of acquired fund fees and expenses, and for other purposes.
