Baltic Security Assessment Act of 2025

To amend the Public Health Service Act to revise and extend projects relating to children and to provide access to school-based comprehensive mental health programs.

Expressing support for the goals and ideas of National Hydrocephalus Awareness Month and World Hydrocephalus Day.

To require the Secretary of Defense to restore access to curricula, books, and other learning materials at schools operated by the Department of Defense Education Activity, and for other purposes.

Condemning attempts to use Federal regulatory power or litigation to suppress lawful speech, particularly speech critical of a political party or the President of the United States, and warning against the rise of authoritarianism.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives condemning all forms of political violence and rejecting rhetoric that dehumanizes or demonizes political opponents.

Special Diabetes Program Reauthorization Act of 2025

To require congressional redistricting conducted by a State to be conducted in accordance with a redistricting plan developed and enacted into law by an independent redistricting commission established by the State, and for other purposes.

988 LGBTQ+ Youth Access Act of 2025

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to the authority of Congress and the States to regulate contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections and to enact public financing systems for political campaigns.

To ensure that health professions opportunity demonstration projects train project participants to earn a recognized postsecondary credential, and to clarify that community colleges are eligible for grants to conduct such a demonstration project.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

To provide low-income individuals with opportunities to enter and follow a career pathway in the health professions, and for other purposes.

To amend title 9 of the United States Code with respect to arbitration.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

Congressional Tribute to Constance Baker Motley Act of 2025

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Wasteful and Inappropriate Service Reduction Model undermines beneficiary access to health care and should not be implemented.

Of inquiry requesting the President of the United States to furnish certain information to the House of Representatives relating to the Department of Government Efficiency’s access to and usage of NUMIDENT and other personally identifiable information in the possession of the Social Security Administration.
