Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 23 through September 27, 2024, as National Clean Energy Week.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to develop a flood insurance information tool, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to extend to former members of the Armed Forces, discharged on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, certain benefits furnished by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to increase the maximum amount of contraceptive supplies provided to a beneficiary through the TRICARE Program.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to ensure that beneficiaries and health care providers receive certain information regarding reproductive health care under the TRICARE program.

To establish an independent entity within the Department of Housing and Urban Development to acquire and maintain distressed real estate to stabilize communities and increase the supply of affordable housing, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of September 2024 as National Voting Rights Month.

To prohibit any person from using a motor vehicle to intentionally run over or kill a wild animal on public lands, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of September 7, 2024, as Liturgical Dance Day and the International Dance Commission, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to expand the eligibility of students to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, establish college student food insecurity demonstration programs, and for other purposes.
