To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to take into custody aliens who have been charged in the United States with theft, and for other purposes.

To require all high-mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicles of the Army to be equipped with an anti-lock brake system and electronic stability control kit, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to maintain a list of the country of origin of certain critical drugs marketed in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to expand drug shortage notification practices to include surges in demand for a drug, and for other purposes.

To require the maintenance of the country of origin markings for imported goods produced in the West Bank or Gaza, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose an excise tax on certain investments of private colleges and universities.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To provide for certain reforms pertaining to Chevron deference.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain provisions with respect to qualified ABLE programs permanent.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to expand the prohibition on destruction of veterans' memorials to include other memorials and to establish mandatory minimum sentences for violations of that prohibition.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign persons of the International Criminal Court engaged in any effort to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any protected person of the United States and its allies, and for other purposes.

To amend section 301 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify those classes of individuals born in the United States who are not nationals or citizens of the United States at birth.

To extend, and repeal the waiver authority under, the Protecting Europe’s Energy Security Act of 2019.
