To require reports on critical mineral and rare earth element resources around the world and a strategy for the development of advanced mining, refining, separation, and processing technologies.

To establish within the Department of Justice an Office for Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls.

To prohibit unfair and deceptive advertising of prices for hotel rooms and other places of short-term lodging, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax credits for carriage of independent programmers by certain multichannel video programming distributors.

To reauthorize the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to streamline enrollment under the Medicaid program of certain providers across State lines, and for other purposes.

To prevent the purchase of ammunition by prohibited purchasers.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize admission of Canadian retirees as long-term visitors for pleasure described in section 101(a)(15)(B) of such Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Trade Commission Act to provide the Commission with notice and comment rulemaking authority respecting unfair or deceptive acts or practices and to provide for civil penalties for violations of such Act respecting unfair or deceptive acts or practices, and for other purposes.

To eliminate employment-based visa caps on abused, abandoned, and neglected children eligible for humanitarian status, and for other purposes.

To protect an individual’s ability to access contraceptives and to engage in contraception and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide contraceptives, contraception, and information related to contraception.

To direct the United States Government to support extending the mandate of the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on Venezuela until a resolution of the Venezuelan crisis is achieved.

To amend the Public Health Service Act with respect to public health data accessibility, and for other purposes.

To preempt State prohibitions on real estate purchases by foreign citizens, and for other purposes.

To require group health plans and group or individual health insurance coverage to provide coverage for over-the-counter contraceptives.

To prohibit and prevent seclusion, mechanical restraint, chemical restraint, and dangerous restraints that restrict breathing, and to prevent and reduce the use of physical restraint in schools, and for other purposes.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.
