Recognizing the 15th Anniversary of the January 8, 2011, Tucson, Arizona, shooting and honoring the survivors, victims, and former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, a gun violence survivor, and one of the Nation's most influential voices of courage in the fight to end gun violence.

Expressing support for the designation of the week beginning on September 8, 2025, as "National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week".

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend and modify the enhanced premium tax credit, to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to make certain adjustments to the operation of the Exchanges established under such Act, and for other purposes.

To limit engagement with the Government of Mexico unless Mexico provides water to the United States pursuant to its obligations under the Treaty relating to the Utilization of Waters of the Colorado and Tijuana Rivers and of the Rio Grande.

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require a supermajority vote of Members present and voting to subject a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner to the censure or disapproval of the House, or removal from committee membership.

HOPE Act

To amend title 18, United States Code, to improve the Federal carjacking statute.

To require the United States Trade Representative to request a dispute resolution panel with Mexico under the USMCA, initiate an investigation under the Trade Act of 1974, or require, during the first joint review of the USMCA, that Mexico comply with certain obligations under the USMCA with respect to certain actions taken by Mexico that favor its state-owned electrical utility and state-owned petroleum company.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

To direct the Director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to develop a curriculum for the study of modern-day antisemitism surrounding Hamas’ October 7, 2023, terrorist attacks against Israel for use in secondary schools, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to the American hostages and victims of the October 7th, 2023 attacks, in recognition of their profound suffering and sacrifice.

Expressing condolences and support for the victims of the July 4 flooding in Texas, honoring acts of heroism, and committing to stand with those impacted by these floods.

To ensure continuity of pay and allowances for members of the Armed Forces in the event of a lapse in appropriations.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for an H–2C nonimmigrant classification, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of engagement with the Latino community to get into outdoor recreation and participate in activities to protect United States natural resources, and expressing support for the designation of the third week of September as Latino Conservation Week.

American Franchise Act

To repeal the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 enacted by the District of Columbia Council.

To direct the Secretary of Education to award grants for new agricultural education programs in secondary schools.

To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to remove certain eligibility disqualifications that restrict otherwise eligible students enrolled in institutions of higher education from participating in the supplemental nutrition assistance program, and for other purposes.

Commending the Coast Guard, Air Station Corpus Christi, and the crew of CG–6553 for their heroic efforts and courageous response to the catastrophic flooding across central Texas.
