Designating 2024 as the Year of Democracy as a time to reflect on the contributions of the system of Government of the United States to a more free and stable world.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to develop a strategic framework to improve the development and distribution of diagnostic tests in response to chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear threats.

To require the Secretary of Agriculture to expand the snow survey and water supply forecasting program to serve the Northeastern United States.

To require the Secretary of Defense to provide to firefighters of the Department of Defense medical testing and related services to detect and prevent certain cancers.

To impose sanctions with respect to the Supreme Leader of Iran and the President of Iran and their respective offices for human rights abuses and support for terrorism.

To amend the Commodity Exchange Act to adjust the period during which amounts transferred by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to the account for customer education initiatives and non-awards expenses shall remain available, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to provide for notification by manufacturers of critical drugs of increased demand, and for other purposes.

To establish the Interagency Task Force to Address Hunger and Promote Access to Healthy Food Among Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities, and for other purposes.

Designating July 30, 2023, as National Whistleblower Appreciation Day.
