To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to deny certain green energy tax benefits to companies connected to certain countries of concern.

Condemning the brutal Hamas-led terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, and supporting an outcome that ensures the forever survival of Israel, the complete denial of the ability of Hamas to reconstitute in the region, and the safe release of United States hostages from the Gaza Strip.

Designating October 2024 as National Principals Month.

To amend the Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 to make technical corrections.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to issue guidance on best practices for screening and treatment of congenital syphilis under Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of October 24, 2024, to October 31, 2024, as Bat Week.

To include sexual assault and aggravated sexual violence in the definition of aggravated felonies under the Immigration and Nationality Act in order to expedite the removal of aliens convicted of such crimes.

Recognizing Big Brothers Big Sisters of America on its 120th anniversary.

Designating the week of October 6, 2024, through October 12, 2024, as Religious Education Week to celebrate religious education in the United States.

Designating November 2, 2024, as National Bison Day.

To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to require any cost estimate for a bill or joint resolution prepared by the Congressional Budget Office to include the cost to each United States citizen for carrying out such measure, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

Designating September 2024 as National Literacy Month.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, to publish a final rule relating to nonclinical testing methods.

To provide for the regulation of certain communications regarding prescription drugs.
