To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to include certain supplemental coverage provided to individual health insurance coverage as an excepted benefit.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 21 through September 27, 2025, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week.

RESULTS Act

To amend the Communications Act of 1934 to preserve cable franchising authority, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week beginning August 3, 2025, as National Health Center Week, and encouraging all Americans to take part in the week by visiting their local health center and celebrating the important partnership between America’s community health centers and the communities they serve.

To codify Executive Order 14260 (relating to protecting American energy from State overreach).

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 890 East 152nd Street in Cleveland, Ohio, as the Technical Sergeant Alma Gladys Minter Post Office Building.

To amend the Energy Conservation and Production Act to repeal certain Federal building energy efficiency performance standards, and for other purposes.

SHOWER Act

To expand psychological mental and behavioral health services to Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP beneficiaries by permitting reimbursement of psychological services provided by certain supervised psychology trainees, and facilitating the reimbursement of those services.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a credit against tax, or refund of tax, for certain Federal insurance taxes for employees who are members of religious faiths which oppose participation in such insurance.

To codify certain Executive Orders relating to critical minerals.

A resolution solemnly marking the one-year anniversary of the attempted assassination of President Donald J. Trump, condemning the multiple attempts against the President’s life, condemning those who incite violence against political officials, and honoring the victims of the shooting.

Protecting Patient Access to Cancer and Complex Therapies Act

To require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to publish, concurrently with any final rule establishing or revising a national ambient air quality standard, regulations and guidance for implementing the standard, including information relating to submission and consideration of a preconstruction permit application under the new or revised standard, and for other purposes.
