PLO and PA Terror Payments Accountability Act of 2025

To designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization and impose certain sanctions on Ansarallah, and for other purposes.

To provide remedies to members of the Armed Forces discharged or subject to adverse action under the COVID–19 vaccine mandate.

Restore VA Accountability Act of 2025

VA Home Loan Awareness Act of 2025

To amend the Revised Statutes to codify the defense of qualified immunity in the case of any action under section 1979, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Corporate Transparency Act.

To protect the right of law-abiding citizens to transport knives interstate, notwithstanding a patchwork of local and State prohibitions.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude from gross income gain from the sale of qualified real property interests acquired under the authority of the Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) program administered by the Department of Defense pursuant to section 2684a of title 10, United States Code, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to modify the criteria for approval of certain independent study programs for purposes of the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

To identify property located in the territory of certain foreign trade partners that is owned or controlled by United States persons, necessary to access a port, harbor, or marine terminal, and has been nationalized or expropriated, and to prohibit certain actions by vessels that have landed at such ports, harbors, or marine terminals, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide to Congress quarterly briefings on budgetary shortfalls of the Department of Veterans Affairs and to prohibit the provision of bonuses to Department of Veterans Affairs employees in Senior Executive Service positions in fiscal years with budgetary shortfalls, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To subject aliens convicted of certain crimes to expedited removal from the United States.

To prohibit the United States from collaborating with certain foreign countries of concern on fundamental research intended to support the military, intelligence, or security capabilities of the United States, to strengthen the security and integrity of the United States scientific and research enterprise, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to update certain procedures applicable to commerce in firearms and remove certain Federal restrictions on interstate firearms transactions.

To establish a grant program for education related to semiconductor manufacturing and related industries.

To provide for the expeditious delivery of defense articles and defense services for Israel, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to establish a working group to develop and coordinate an artificial intelligence initiative among the Five Eyes countries, and for other purposes.

Condemning the decision by the Biden Administration to halt the shipment of United States made ammunition and weapons to the State of Israel.
