To direct the Secretary of Commerce to develop a national strategy regarding artificial intelligence consumer literacy and conduct a national artificial intelligence consumer literacy campaign.

To improve the health of minority individuals, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 so that procedures relating to termination of electric service provide that such service may not be terminated during any extreme heat weather event or extreme cold weather event, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to establish certain duties for pharmacies to ensure provision of Food and Drug Administration-approved contraception and medication related to contraception, and for other purposes.

To provide emergency assistance to States, territories, Tribal nations, and local areas affected by substance use disorder, including the use of opioids and stimulants, and to make financial assistance available to States, territories, Tribal nations, local areas, public or private nonprofit entities, and certain health providers, to provide for the development, organization, coordination, and operation of more effective and cost efficient systems for the delivery of essential services to individuals with substance use disorder and their families.

To improve menopause care and mid-life women’s health, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to make permanent certain telehealth flexibilities under the Medicare program.

To establish within the Department of Justice an Office for Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to improve coverage of audiology services under the Medicare program, and for other purposes.

To authorize funding for the creation and implementation of infant mortality pilot programs in standard metropolitan statistical areas with high rates of infant mortality, and for other purposes.

To establish a grant program to fund reproductive health patient navigators for individuals seeking abortion services.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to streamline enrollment under the Medicaid program of certain providers across State lines, and for other purposes.
