CSAFE Act of 2025

To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide direct payment to cremation providers for direct cremation designated by veterans prior to death, and for other purposes.

To amend the One Big Beautiful Bill Act to provide an exception to the parole fee for the parole of an alien for a sacred Tribal or religious ceremony, cultural exchange, or celebration, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that a statue of Charles Charlie James Kirk should be accepted for display in the House of Representatives wing of the United States Capitol to honor his enduring legacy of free expression, civic leadership, and unwavering commitment to the American principles of faith, family, and freedom.

To make orders of removal publicly available, and for other purposes.

Condemning the United Nations and International Maritime Organization for proposing a global tax on shipping emissions, threatening United States sovereignty, trade, and economic interests.

To increase the mandatory minimum sentences applicable to certain crimes in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To prohibit in the District of Columbia an individual charged with an offense from being released pending trial without executing an secured appearance bond.

To amend the District of Columbia Home Rule Act to extend the emergency period during which the President may exercise control over the Metropolitan Police Department.

Recognizing the national debt as a threat to national security.

Recognizing that members and affiliates of Tren de Aragua are alien enemies perpetrating an invasion of the United States and affirming that the President is exercising his constitutional authority to repel that invasion.

Removing James E. Boasberg, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, for failure to remain in good behavior pursuant to section 1 of article III of the Constitution.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require that any institution of higher education that is a nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code be deemed a nonprofit institution of higher education for purposes of such Act.

To direct the Secretary of Education to eliminate the Office of Enforcement within the Office of Federal Student Aid, and for other purposes.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to prohibit certain advertising with respect to the Immigration Detention Ombudsman, and for other purposes.

To authorize State enforcement of immigration laws, and for other purposes.
