To amend the Indian Health Care Improvement Act to improve the recruitment and retention of employees in the Indian Health Service, restore accountability in the Indian Health Service, improve health services, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to make changes with respect to water quality certification, and for other purposes.

To apply the Medicaid asset verification program to all applicants for, and recipients of, medical assistance in all States and territories, and for other purposes.

To delay the implementation of a rule relating to the importation of sheep and goats and products derived from sheep and goats, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for a rebate by manufacturers for selected drugs and biological products subject to maximum fair price negotiation.

To clarify that section 8526(7) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 does not apply with respect to the use of funds for sports clubs, teams, training, or related activities provided for students.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the dollar limitation for the election to expense certain depreciable business assets.

To expand psychological mental and behavioral health services to Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP beneficiaries by permitting reimbursement of psychological services provided by certain supervised psychology trainees, and facilitating the reimbursement of those services.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for expanded coverage of services furnished by genetic counselors under part B of the Medicare program, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 112 Wyoming Street in Shoshoni, Wyoming, as the Dessie A. Bebout Post Office.

Designating July 22, 2023, as National Day of the American Cowboy.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require the Internal Revenue Service to notify taxpayers of specific information being sought from third parties for purposes of tax administration, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Secretary of Energy from changing energy conservation standards for distribution transformers for a certain period, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to conduct an assessment to identify locations in National Parks in which there is the greatest need for broadband internet access service and areas in National Parks in which there is the greatest need for cellular service, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to terminate the Hazardous Substance Superfund financing rate.

To prohibit the Secretary of Energy from disbursing financial awards to entities related to the People’s Republic of China.

To enhance the research security protocols of the Department of Energy for the purpose of preventing theft of government research by nationals of foreign countries of concern, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Midvale Irrigation District the Pilot Butte Power Plant in the State of Wyoming, and for other purposes.
