To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for an election to expense certain qualified sound recording costs otherwise chargeable to capital account.

CONTAINER Act

To amend section 235(b)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to require the implementation of the Migrant Protection Protocols.

To provide for enhanced Federal, State, and local assistance in the enforcement of the immigration laws, to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act, and to authorize appropriations to carry out the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit certain activities constituting preparation of tax returns by the Secretary of the Treasury, and for other purposes.

To require the Attorney General to submit to Congress a report relating to violence against women in athletics.

Designating October 10, 2025, as American Girls in Sports Day.

Concerning the National Collegiate Athletic Association policy for eligibility in women’s sports.

To establish a national human trafficking database at the Office for Victims of Crime of the Department of Justice, and to incentivize certain State agencies to report data to the database.

To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to fingerprint noncitizen minors entering the United States who are suspected of being victims of human trafficking, to require the Secretary to publicly disclose the number of such minors who are fingerprinted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials and the number of child traffickers who are apprehended by CBP, to impose criminal penalties on noncitizen adults who use unrelated minors to gain entry into the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to require a DNA test to determine the familial relationship between an alien and an accompanying minor.

To establish a Federal grant program to combat the smuggling and trafficking of children and young women.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the advanced manufacturing investment credit to include materials integral to the manufacturing of semiconductors or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the threshold amounts for inclusion of Social Security benefits in income, and for other purposes.

To establish a grant program within the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to award grants to States that require the recording of all child welfare forensic interviews with children and adults, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to amend certain regulations to permit certain children to accompany their parents or legal guardians through Global Entry airport lanes, and for other purposes.

To require the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to establish and carry out a pilot program to expedite the examination of applications for certain patents, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to clarify payment rules for manual wheelchairs under part B of the Medicare program.

To establish a commission to study the relocation of certain agencies outside of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and for other purposes.
