No FED in West Texas Act

To prohibit Federal funds from being used to provide certain gender transition procedures to minors.

To direct the Director of the Bureau of Land Management and the Chief of the United States Forest Service to conduct a study of onshore mineral values and the Director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management to conduct a study of offshore mineral values.

To limit eligibility for Federal benefits for certain immigrants, and for other purposes.

Life at Conception Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow the deduction under section 199A to apply to qualified BDC interest dividends in the same manner as qualified REIT dividends.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

To require each agency to evaluate the permitting system of the agency, to consider whether permitting by rule could replace that system, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reduce the rate of tax on estates, gifts, and generation-skipping transfers.

To prohibit the use of funds to seek membership in the World Health Organization or to provide assessed or voluntary contributions to the World Health Organization.

To provide an enforcement of remedies against the extraterritorial taxes and discriminatory taxes of foreign countries.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently allow a tax deduction at the time an investment in qualified property is made, and for other purposes.

Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025

To remove the lesser prairie-chicken from the lists of threatened species and endangered species published pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 and to amend that Act to exclude the lesser prairie-chicken from the authority of that Act.

Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025

To nullify certain Presidential withdrawals of unleased offshore land, amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to establish limits on the authority of the President to withdraw unleased offshore land, and for other purposes.

Disapproving of the rule submitted by the Department of Homeland Security relating to "Modernizing H-1B Requirements, Providing Flexibility in the F-1 Program, and Program Improvements Affecting Other Nonimmigrant Workers".

Recognizing that article I, section 10 of the United States Constitution explicitly reserves to the States the sovereign power to repel an invasion and defend their citizenry from the overwhelming and "imminent danger" posed by paramilitary, narco-terrorist cartels, terrorists and criminal actors who seized control of our southern border.

Hearing Protection Act

To nullify the Presidential memoranda on the withdrawal of certain areas of the outer Continental Shelf from oil or natural gas leasing.
