To redesignate Gravelly Point Park, located along the George Washington Memorial Parkway in Arlington County, Virginia, as the Nancy Reagan Memorial Park, and for other purposes.

Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act

Expressing support for the designation of May as National Bladder Cancer Awareness Month.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to carry out a pilot program to assist certain members of the Armed Forces and dependents with additional supplemental coverage relating to cancer.

Commending Volkert, Inc. on the occasion of its 100th anniversary and its century of service to the State of Alabama and the United States.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for a refundable adoption tax credit.
