To amend the Revised Statutes of the United States to prevent the use of the legal system in a manner that extorts money from State and local governments, and the Federal Government, and inhibits such governments’ constitutional actions under the first, tenth, and fourteenth amendments.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit the approval of new abortion drugs, to prohibit investigational use exemptions for abortion drugs, and to impose additional regulatory requirements with respect to previously approved abortion drugs, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from conducting or supporting any research involving human fetal tissue that is obtained pursuant to an induced abortion, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide for penalties for the unauthorized disclosure of confidential information by officers or employees of the Supreme Court, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to implement Executive order relating to reproductive health services.

To prohibit chemical abortions performed without the presence of a healthcare provider, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, with respect to the concealment, removal, or mutilation of a Supreme Court opinion or draft opinion, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 620 East Pecan Boulevard in McAllen, Texas, as the Agent Raul H. Gonzalez Jr. Memorial Post Office.

To prohibit the award of Federal funds to an institution of higher education that hosts or is affiliated with a student-based service site that provides abortion drugs or abortions to students of the institution or to employees of the institution or site, and for other purposes.

To amend title IV of the Public Health Service Act to prohibit sale or transactions relating to human fetal tissue.

Recognizing that article I, section 10 of the United States Constitution explicitly reserves to the States the sovereign power to repel an invasion and defend their citizenry from the overwhelming and imminent danger posed by paramilitary, narco-terrorist cartels, terrorists and criminal actors who have seized control of our southern border.

To implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of January 22 through January 28, 2023, as National School Choice Week.

To prohibit the use or declaration of a public health emergency with respect to abortion, and for other purposes.

To ban the imposition of any State or local liability insurance, tax, or user fee requirement for firearm or ammunition ownership or commerce.

To nullify the modifications made by the Food and Drug Administration in January 2023 to the risk evaluation and mitigation strategy for the abortion pill mifepristone, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to improve the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act and provisions relating to the carrying of concealed weapons by law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a minimum number of oil and gas lease sales in certain areas, to prevent delays in oil and gas leasing, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to provide that a member of the Armed Forces and the spouse of that member shall have the same rights regarding the receipt of firearms at the location of any duty station of the member.
