To prohibit the Secretary of State from issuing a passport, passport card, or Consular Report of Birth Abroad that includes the unspecified (X) gender designation, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to require an Act of Congress for certain activities related to the issuance of a central bank digital currency, and for other purposes.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit investments under the Thrift Savings Plan in certain mutual funds that make investment decisions based primarily on environmental, social, or governance criteria, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes, and for other purposes.

To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study on the effectiveness of local alerting systems, and for other purposes.

To clarify the treatment of 2 or more employers as joint employers under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to ensure campus access at public institutions of higher education for religious groups.

To provide for a reauthorizing schedule for unauthorized Federal programs, and for other purposes.

To establish the CCP Initiative program, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information, to report on and develop a whole-of-Government strategy with respect to the economic competitiveness of the information and communication technology supply chain, and for other purposes.
