Supporting the goals of World AIDS Day.

To strengthen student achievement and graduation rates and prepare children and youth for college, careers, and citizenship through innovative partnerships that meet the comprehensive needs of children and youth.

To support the strengthening of civil society organizations in the Pacific Islands, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to authorize grants to provide treatment for diabetes in minority communities.

To require the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to develop and disseminate guidance for the handling of personal property of individuals who are under arrest, restrained, or confined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and principles of Transgender Day of Remembrance by recognizing the epidemic of violence toward transgender people and memorializing the lives lost this year.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit payments under the Medicaid program for conversion therapy, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Condemning the spreading of disinformation and malicious rumors that have led to threats against disaster response personnel.

Recognizing October 15, 2024, as the day to honor the diaspora of Hispanic culture, and the representation of Hispanics in the legal profession and the judiciary.

Expressing support for the designation of September 22, 2024, as National Hispanic Nurses Day and recognizing the National Association of Hispanic Nurses as the leading organization representing and advocating for Hispanic nurses.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

Calling for comprehensive legislation that addresses United States policies contributing to forced migration and displacement, promotes an immigration system that addresses the root causes of migration, reaffirms United States commitment to asylum, and provides a roadmap to citizenship for immigrants living in the United States.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to ensure that members of the Armed Forces and their families have access to the contraception they need in order to promote the health and readiness of all members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.
