Expressing support for the designation of the month of June 2023 as National Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month and June 27, 2023, as National Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Day.

To amend the Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act to make improvements to that Act, and for other purposes.

Expressing opposition to the use of State power against people in the United States seeking essential health care, including criminalization of the full range of sexual and reproductive health care such as abortion, gender-affirming care, and contraceptive care, and disapproving of State punishment of people for their pregnancy outcomes.

To increase access to pre-exposure prophylaxis to reduce the transmission of HIV.

Expressing support for the designation of June 26 as LGBTQI+ Equality Day.

To give Federal courts additional discretion to determine whether pretrial detention is appropriate for defendants charged with nonviolent drug offenses in Federal criminal cases.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to improve the detection, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues among public safety officers, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Director of the National Museum of American History of the Smithsonian Institution to support LGBTQI+ history and women’s history education programs, and for other purposes.

Condemning human rights violations and violations of international religious freedom in India, including those targeting Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Dalits, Adivasis, and other religious and cultural minorities.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives to reduce traffic fatalities to zero by 2050.

To eliminate employment-based visa caps on abused, abandoned, and neglected children eligible for humanitarian status, and for other purposes.

Testing, Rapid Analysis, and Narcotic Quality Research Act of 2023

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To amend section 485 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require venue-specific heat illness emergency action plans for any institution of higher education that is a member of an athletic association or athletic conference, and for other purposes.

Reaffirming the importance of the United States promoting the safety, health, and well-being of refugees and displaced persons in the United States and around the world.
