To amend title V of the Social Security Act to support stillbirth prevention and research, and for other purposes.

To amend title 35, United States Code, to invest in inventors in the United States, maintain the United States as the leading innovation economy in the world, and protect the property rights of the inventors that grow the economy of the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide for congressional review of actions to terminate or waive sanctions imposed with respect to Iran.

To require the Secretary of Commerce to establish the Sea Turtle Rescue Assistance Grant Program.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.

To provide visa availability for the Government Employee Immigrant Visa program, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the Taliban, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign support for terrorist organizations in Gaza and the West Bank, and for other purposes.

To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To permit COPS grants to be used for the purpose of increasing the compensation and hiring of law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To provide grants to State, local, territorial, and Tribal law enforcement agencies to purchase chemical screening devices and train personnel to use chemical screening devices in order to enhance law enforcement efficiency and protect law enforcement officers.

To increase the pay and enhance the training of United States Border Patrol agents, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to improve the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 and provisions relating to the carrying of concealed weapons by law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To authorize the immediate expulsion of inadmissible aliens attempting to enter the United States by fraud or without a necessary entry document, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, in consultation with the Under Secretary of Commerce for Minority Business Development, to establish a grant program to create or expand programs at minority-serving institutions and historically Black colleges and universities that promote minority business ownership and entrepreneurship, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant Program Authorization Act of 2018, and for other purposes.

To establish a postsecondary student data system.

To reauthorize the COPS ON THE BEAT grant program.

To impose sanctions with respect to trafficking of illicit fentanyl and its precursors by transnational criminal organizations, including cartels, and for other purposes.
