To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to repeal the particular work requirement that disqualifies able-bodied adults for eligibility to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to increase civics education programs, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to expand eligibility to certain military retirees for concurrent receipt of veterans’ disability compensation and retired pay or combat-related special compensation, and for other purposes.

To remove all statues of individuals who voluntarily served the Confederate States of America from display in the United States Capitol.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to make grants to States to support the establishment and operation of grocery stores in underserved communities, and for other purposes.

To amend the National Labor Relations Act, the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, and for other purposes.

Recognizing and celebrating the significance of Black History Month.

Expressing support for America’s Black workers and affirming the need to pass legislation to reduce inequalities and discrimination in the workforce.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the Freedom Riders, collectively, in recognition of their unique contribution to Civil Rights, which inspired a revolutionary movement for equality in interstate travel.

To posthumously award a historic Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, to Africans and their descendants enslaved within our country from August 20, 1619, to December 6, 1865.

To authorize the President to award the Medal of Honor to Doris Miller posthumously for acts of valor while a member of the Navy during World War II.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to improve diversity in accelerated student learning programs.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of February 27 through March 3, 2023, as Public Schools Week.

To redesignate the Federal building located at 935 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest in the District of Columbia as the Federal Bureau of Investigation Building.

To address the history of discrimination against Black farmers and ranchers, to require reforms within the Department of Agriculture to prevent future discrimination, and for other purposes.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Dr. Norman Christopher Francis, in recognition of his contributions to the United States through his lifelong dedication to education, justice, and public service.

To establish the John Lewis Civil Rights Fellowship to fund international internships and research placements for early- to mid-career professionals to study nonviolent movements to establish and protect civil rights around the world.

To establish a Department of Peacebuilding, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life and legacy of John Robert Lewis and commending John Robert Lewis for his towering achievements in the nonviolent struggle for civil rights.

To posthumously award a Congressional Gold Medal to Shirley Chisholm.
